modulus introduces Microsoft Teams interoperability!

Accept and place calls using your own phone number via the Microsoft Teams feature of the Office 365 platform.

Thanks to Direct Routing, modulus allows its subscribers who already use Microsoft's cloud platform to take advantage of the embedded telephony application within MS Teams in every compatible device (smartphones, tablets, personal computers).

Use the service from any device

With modulus, you can use your phone services via the Microsoft Teams platform and choose on a case by case scenario which of your devices you wish to accept your incoming calls.

Combine MS Teams with your existing call center or our vPBX Service

For more sophisticated and advanced implementations, a hybrid model can be activated, in which you can use the Microsoft Teams platform simultaneously and in combination with a local PBX, or the Virtual PBX service provided by modulus (vPBX).

Make sure you have active Microsoft Business 365 (Basic, Standard, Premium) or Office 365 (E1, E3, E5) license.

If you have Microsoft 365 Business license, you have to purchase the Microsoft Business Voice license add-on per user.

If you have Office 365 E1 or E3 you have to purchase the Microsoft 365 Phone system add-on per user (already included in E5 licence).

Ask for new telephone numbers allocation or request portability for existing numbers to modulus network and integrate them with MS Teams
