Zero hassle. Zero infrastructure needs.
In contrast to an old-fashioned PBX, our cloud service does not require a server on your premises. As far as you are concerned, it’s comprised of your endpoints only and thus does not require the maintenance of extra equipment or the physical connection of your endpoints. With vPBX, you can effortlessly integrate all your phone numbers under a single call center, distinct locations (no matter the distance), and even employees working from home.

Configuration upon your requests.
Your vPBX service is configured by our technical team according to your preferences. You do not need IT skills under any circumstances. All we need is your detailed instructions via email and audio files in a standard format. Then we are going to take care of the rest. When your vPBX service is activated, you will receive clear instructions as well as examples to give you a better understanding. For the time being, we do not offer access to vPBX configurations on your end. Initial setup and changes are to be requested via email only.

Scalability through features.
Our vPBX service offers a high-end call center’s most capabilities. Besides the features mentioned in our package display page, you will have, among others, the ability to set group & directed call pick-up groups and set phrases along with your caller ID to distinguish which number or IVR choice you accepted a call from. Manipulate your calls based on caller ID, the simultaneous directions to local and PSTN destinations, and the rerouting of calls based on your endpoints’ call status.

Features customization upon your request.
Not necessarily. That’s why the main factor determining which package we activate is the number of endpoints you need. We can activate extra resources at €8 annually per resource. For instance, let’s say you need 4 endpoints, and for a while, you are covered by having just a one-time condition and one IVR. If you need 2 of each from now on, you can acquire them for an added annual fee of €16, thus a total yearly of €66 for your vPBX service. In any case, we suggest you send the entire script of your inbound call scenario to our specialized staff to inform you about any extra fees in advance.
