  • Zero hassle. Zero infrastructure needs.

    In contrast to an old-fashioned PBX, our cloud service does not require a server on your premises. As far as you are concerned, it’s comprised of your endpoints only and thus does not require the maintenance of extra equipment or the physical connection of your endpoints. With vPBX, you can effortlessly integrate all your phone numbers under a single call center, distinct locations (no matter the distance), and even employees working from home.

  • Configuration upon your requests.

    Your vPBX service is configured by our technical team according to your preferences. You do not need IT skills under any circumstances. All we require is your detailed instructions via email and audio files in a standard format. Then we are going to take care of the rest. When your vPBX service is activated, you will receive clear instructions as well as examples to give you a better understanding. For the time being, we do not offer access to vPBX configurations on your end. Initial setup and changes are to be requested via email only.

  • Scalability through features.

    Our vPBX service offers a wide range of advanced call center capabilities that can help you manage your business calls effectively.

     

    In addition to the features mentioned on our package display page, you will also have the ability to set up call pick-up groups for both group and directed calls. You can also set specific phrases along with your caller ID to differentiate between different numbers or IVR choices from which you receive calls. Furthermore, you can manipulate your calls based on their caller ID, simultaneously direct them to local and PSTN destinations, and reroute them based on the call status of your endpoints.

  • Features customization upon your request.

    The number of endpoints you need determines which package to activate. Additional features can be activated for an added annual fee of €8 per resource. To check if any additional fees apply, send your inbound call script to our specialized personnel to determine if any additional fees apply.
