modulus provides multiple payment methods for topping up your available balance and renewing your telephony services.
This guide explains how to deposit funds through mymodulus, RF code payments, or international bank transfers.

The available payment methods are described below:

1. Payment via IRIS, Debit/Credit Card, or PayPal through the my.modulus.gr platform

• Log in to my.modulus.gr using the username & password sent to your registered contact details (email & mobile phone number) during the creation of your account. In case you have lost them, please contact us at 13813.
• Once logged in, click the "Payment" button located at the top left of your screen.
• Select the amount you wish to add, as well as the payment method (Debit/Credit Card or PayPal), and click the "Continue" button. Follow the instructions displayed on your screen to complete the process.

2. Payment via RF Code (applies only to transactions carried out through Greek Banks)

If you need a reminder of your RF code, you can find it in the following locations:

• On the my.modulus.gr platform, on the payment page.
• In the content of emails related to Low Balance and Payment Reminders.
• On your billing statement, under the "Payment Methods" section.
   

Using your personal RF code, you can make a payment and top up your available balance through Internet Banking by selecting payments via RF code and entering your RF code in the corresponding field.
 

3. Payment via Bank Transfer from a Foreign Bank​

• This applies to any payment method/channel (e.g. Internet Banking, over-the-counter bank payment, etc.) initiated from a foreign bank.
• For transaction verification purposes, you must include your Registry Number as the payment reference. Otherwise, your payment will not be identified and your balance will not be updated.
