    How to Update Your Account Details

    If your personal, business, or billing information has changed since submitting your activation application, you must complete the appropriate Change Request Form and submit it to modulus for processing.
    This guide explains how to update your account details, including company information, VAT details, legal representative changes, and contact information.

    If the information you provided in your activation application has changed, please complete the appropriate Change Request Form and send it via email to: telecoms@modulus.gr.

     

    Change of Details Form for Individuals

    Protocol Number: Do not complete.

    Section 1: Fill in all your details.

    Section 2: Fill in only the details that need to be changed.

    Declaration Form: Complete all fields. For sole proprietorships, include your company stamp.

     

    Change of Details Form for Legal Entities (Companies)

    Protocol Number: Do not complete.

    Section 1: Fill in all company details.

    Section 2: Fill in only the details that need to be changed.

    Declaration Form: Complete all fields.

     

    Special Cases

    Tax ID (VAT Number) Change: This change requires a numbering resource transfer process.

    Critical Tax Information: If there are changes to details such as registered address, tax office, or legal representative, please include supporting documents when submitting the change request form.

     

    After completing and submitting the form, we will process your request and inform you once the procedure has been completed.
