This guide explains how to correctly complete the modulus activation and number portability application forms for VoIP and telecommunications services.
Following the instructions below helps ensure faster processing and avoids delays caused by incomplete or incorrectly submitted documents.

COMPLETING THE ACTIVATION APPLICATION-AGREEMENT

The field “application protocol number” must not be completed.
 

• In Section 1 of the activation application, you must fill in your personal details if you are an individual, or your company details if the application concerns a business entity (sole proprietorship or any other legal form). If a new geographic number is assigned to you, it will be based on the address you have provided (e.g. if you provide an Athens address, you will be assigned an Athens number, etc.).
   
• In Section 2, you must fill in the details of the company’s legal representative. If the activation is made under an individual’s or sole proprietorship’s details, leave this section blank.
   
• In Section 3, you are required to provide at least one e-mail address and one mobile phone number for the delivery of your connection credentials. You may also add additional contact details (technical contact, accounting department, etc.) if you wish.
   
• In Section 4, you must complete the services that will be activated under your account details. You can find the exact service names in the offer we have sent you.
   
• The Just Call service is preselected and refers to the ability to make outgoing calls. In the vPBX field, vPBX Free is preselected, allowing you to activate up to 3 endpoints simultaneously at no additional cost, and it is included with all our services. If you wish to activate a different vPBX package, please enter the package of your choice instead of Free.
   
• Section 5 concerns your preferences regarding the processing of your personal data. We recommend that you carefully read the fields and select the options that interest you. None of these options incur any additional cost to your package.
   
• Section 6 is completed based on your preferences. If you wish to proceed with payment for a 2-year service activation, you should select a contract duration of 24 months.
   
• Section 7 is optional. In this section, you may indicate which documents you have sent us, along with any remarks in the corresponding field.
   
• On pages 2 to 6 of the activation application, the signature of the applicant or the company’s legal representative is required in the designated fields (company stamp optional in the case of a company).
   
• Unfortunately, we cannot accept applications signed automatically. In order for an electronic signature to be considered legally valid, it must comply with the requirements established under P.D. 150/2001. Alternatively, you may print the application, sign it manually, and send it to us in PDF or image format.

COMPLETING THE NUMBER PORTABILITY AUTHORIZATION APPLICATION

The field “application protocol number” must not be completed.
 

• In Section 1 of the activation application, you must fill in your personal details if you are an individual, or your company details if the application concerns a business entity (sole proprietorship or any other legal form).
   
• In Section 2, you must fill in the details of the company’s legal representative. If the activation is made under an individual’s details, leave this section blank.
   
• In Section 3, you must fill in only your current provider and the number or numbers that are to be ported to our network. If you electronically select your provider using the radio button, the legal entity type may become deselected due to a system issue. This is not a cause for concern, as the provider selection takes priority. If you have numbers with different providers, you will need to submit a separate portability application for each provider.
   
• The signature of the applicant or the company’s legal representative is required in the designated fields (company stamp optional in the case of a company).
   
• Unfortunately, we cannot accept applications signed automatically. • Please note that number portability must be requested using the subscriber details registered with the donor provider.
