    Voicemail Functionality via modulus

The modulus network supports advanced VoIP voicemail functionality for business and personal telephony services.
Voicemail messages can be recorded, stored, and automatically delivered via email, helping users manage missed calls efficiently.

    1. Voicemail to E-mail

    • When the feature is enabled, callers can leave voice messages.

    • The voice messages are stored and sent via email, including:

      • Caller’s number

      • Time the call was received

      • Duration of the recorded message

    2. Message Options

    • You may choose the default service greeting message (call 2152151555 to listen to it) or send your own audio greeting message to telecoms@modulus.gr.

    3. Activation Conditions

The voicemail service can be activated:

    • When a call remains unanswered for a specific period of time.

    • When the terminals are busy.

    • When the terminals are disconnected.

    • Based on a specific schedule.

    • Permanently.

    4. Cost

The voicemail service is provided free of charge, unless activation based on a schedule is required, in which case the modulus vPBX Cloud PBX service is required (at least the vPBX Starter package).
