    Why Is My VoIP Phone Number Not Working?

    If your telephone number is not working, please check the following:

    1. Confirm your service status: Check whether your subscription is active. You can view the expiration date through our platform at my.modulus.gr.
    2. Check your balance: If you are trying to make an outgoing call or have configured call forwarding, make sure that your balance is sufficient for the specific action.
    3. Internet connection: Make sure that your device is connected to the internet.
    4. Device configuration: Check whether your device has been configured correctly. For detailed instructions, please refer to the configuration section of the Help Center.
    5. Contact Technical Support: If the issue persists, please contact the Customer Technical Support department at 13713.

    Frequently asked questions

    A VoIP phone number may stop working due to an internet connectivity issue, incorrect device configuration, insufficient account balance for outbound calls, or a temporary service interruption.

    Check that:

    • Your service is active
    • There is sufficient balance available for outbound calls
    • Your device is configured correctly
    • You have an active internet connection

    The issue may be caused by:

    • A disconnected VoIP device
    • An internet connectivity problem
    • Incorrect SIP settings

    You can log in to your account at my.modulus.gr and check the status of your service, as well as your subscription expiration date.

    This usually happens when:

    • The internet connection has been interrupted
    • There is a power issue affecting the device
    • The SIP settings have been changed
