In the event of a quote, we will process your details to calculate the cost of your service. If you do not proceed with us, we will retain your data for eighteen (18) months from the date of the offer.

In the event that you enter into a contract with us, we will retain and process your data for the period necessary for the duration of your contract, our activities and the appropriate service to you. After termination or cancellation of your contract, we will retain your information for as long as required by applicable laws and regulations.

A. The Limited Company with the name “modulus Telecommunications and Informatics Company” and the distinctive title “modulus S.A.”, which is based in Chalandri, Attica, at 311 Leoforos Mesogeion Street (VAT No. 998301677 D.O.Y. FAE Athens) , has created the website modulus.gr offering information and services to its visitors/users, by virtue of registration no. 09-388 operating license issued by the Hellenic Telecommunications & Posts Commission (EETT). The use of the services provided implies unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The visitor/user of the website accepts that in each visit/use of the website, he/she will apply and be bound by the Terms and Conditions of Use, as described below. In case of disagreement with one or more terms of use, the visitor/user must avoid any visit and/or use of the website. modulus SA reserves the right to modify the Terms of Use without a deadline, but notifying the fact for a reasonable period of time, when the users visit it.
